93rd Mechanized Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar"
Evacuation of a civilian from under fire in Druzhkivka using the Lynx PRO
The Lynx PRO unmanned ground robotic system carried out the evacuation of a civilian from under the strike of an enemy FPV drone. The work of the soldiers of the Corvus company of the 93rd "Kholodnyi Yar" Brigade saved the life of a resident of a frontline city in the Donetsk region.

The soldiers were returning from their positions and driving a radio-controlled ground robot back after unloading it. They spotted a wounded elderly man lying under a tree. Volodymyr had come under attack by a Russian FPV drone while riding his bicycle through a neighborhood that locals call "Dvistiplaniv". It's an area far from the center, where vehicles almost never go because of the drone threats.
The wounded man's son had called for help, but hoping for a quick evacuation was futile. Meanwhile, the father — with a torn cheek, a through-and-through wound in the sternum area, a severed finger, and multiple shrapnel wounds — was bleeding out.
Pavlo, the Corvus commander with the call sign "Cupid," offered to help. They loaded the wounded man onto the Lynx PRO ground robotic system, covered him with a camouflage blanket, and drove him across all of Druzhkivka — avoiding the central streets, hiding the drone under trees, and providing cover with small arms. About an hour later, the man reached the medics of the Kholodnyi Yar riflemen's battalion, who re-applied the bandage to his face and carried out the further evacuation by car.
"This is far from the first mission like this thanks to the Rys PRO ground robotic system. This time the enemy drone hit the man on the bicycle literally five minutes before we drove through there. We controlled the robot by radio — when I heard or saw a drone, I hid the robot in cover. On open stretches, the pilot drove the machine from the rear. In total, the evacuation lasted about an hour. This is a sector where it's hard to get through with vehicles — lots of mines and drones. With the Lynx and Lynx PRO, we've already carried out about ten evacuations," said Pavlo "Cupid," commander of the Corvus company of the 93rd "Kholodnyi Yar" Brigade.
